We are a vibrant, gated community along Jamaica’s North Coast with Phase 1 nearing completion, and commencement of Phase 2 occurring shortly.
The development consists of over 58 acres of scenic vistas and is situated atop the rolling hills in the Parish of St. Mary, just minutes from Ocho Rios and Boscobel. The Gates of Edgehill offers brand-new, stunning, spacious, tropical-inspired 3-bedroom homes, surrounded by lush forests and peeking ocean views.
Occupancy Updates
So far, in 2024 the Gates of Edgehill has moved in 20 new homeowners. With approximately two new homeowners per month taking possession, The Gates of Edgehill is moving at a quick pace in completion of Phase 1 of the development. It is anticipated that over the next 6-months, Phase 1 will be 85% occupied by homeowners, which will continue to bring this community to life.
Project Team Updates
Earlier in 2024 The Gates of Edgehill engaged Juris Partners Attorney-at-Law (https://www.jurispartners.legal/) to complete all transactions going forward. With the teamwork offered by Juris Partners, closings and occupancy of units are moving at the brisk pace.
