MANGO VALLEY ROAD
On November 24, 2024, the JLP Party representative Robert Montague spoke at their annual conference. In the address Mango Valley Road is specifically mentioned as being on the agenda for construction to commence shortly. We, at the Gates of Edgehill, are excited to see this construction start as this road is used for 1.8 kilometers to access the development from the main. Upon completion of the road works, the entrance and way to the site will have been transformed adding value to future and present purchasers at the development.

On November 9 and November 11 Edgehill Homes, working with VMBS and Candour Property Services, hosted a webinar for purchasers to learn more about the project, and its status. The webinar goes through construction updates, home design and layout, color options and more.

Over the last several weeks The Gates of Edgehill has averaged between 60 and 75 work men actively moving the Phase 1 towards its completion. As recent as this week, demolition of the pool area was completed in preparation for the construction of the pool, and hardscaping of the walls wrapping the clubhouse has commenced with the first wall between the clubhouse and Lot 22 now erected.
The team is excited to see how large of a pool we can fit in the space and are on-site today laying out the sizes for consideration by management. We believe that a larger pool will be a spectacular show piece for the development. See a couple of images of the clubhouse works below:

Earlier in 2024 Raymond Johnson, Director of Operations for The Gates of Edgehill development hosted a local highschool.
